The IJOY Asolo 200W box mods was one of the first to attempt temperature control with Kanthal, and while it was not a success, every other aspect of this mod is pretty great! It’s a common form factor and houses 2 removable 18650 batteries, and because of that you’ll know that this won’t give you a true 200 watts but still more than enough for most of us. You gotta give the IJOY Asolo 200W props for at least trying to do temperature control with Kanthal. 😆

Details:

Variable wattage: from 5W to 200W (in 0.1W increments)
Temperature control range (Ti/Ni): 200’F~600’F / 100’C~300’C (in 5’F/5’C increments)
Press the firing button 5 times in quick succession to turn the mod ON/OFF
Keep pressing the “T” button to switch the VW/TC mode
VW mode
– 0.91” OLED screen displays atomizer resistance, voltage, current, battery condition, wattage and working time
– Wire resistance range: 0.1-3ohm
TC mode
– 0.91” OLED screen displays temp wattage, atomizer resistance, voltage, current, battery condition, e-liquid indicator, temp percentage, thermometer and working time
– Wire resistance range: 0.1-1.5ohm (Ni/Ti), 0.1-2.5ohm (regular), 0.5-2.5ohm (Kanthal)
– Press the “T” button 3 times in quick succession to switch Ni/Ti mode
