While nothing has really changed in terms of looks, one thing that has improved with this Kanger Toptank Nano as the name suggests is that it is now top-filled. Also this new version also comes with the new SSOCC coil heads in the package which some say are much better than the old ones. Other then that everything else about this Kanger Toptank Nano remains the same as the previous version which is a great tank made even better with top-fill!
